It takes some very special talents, intuitive understanding and time to transform your old photographs and family story into a work of art. That is what we do, and we do it better than anyone else can. You can accurately estimate what your personal PhotoArt will cost from the following price list. Please keep in mind that many times old photographs will require some degree of retouching to remove stains, water damage, fix tears, edges or missing sections. Review your photos before you send them or the scans of them to see if any of these Additional Art Fees apply and include them in your estimate. Send us your photos or scans of them and Heritage PhotoArt will review them to see if your cost estimate is accurate. We'll then contact you with a guaranteed price quote - no work will be done, nor will you be charged any amount without your complete approval. Scanning up to eight (8) photographs or images
($50.00 discount if you supply your own high resolution scans)
Sharpening, dusting, and over-all tonal adjusting each image
Composing, blending eight (8) images into your PhotoArt
On-line art proofs; (Printed art proof plus shipping additional)
An edition of two (2) signed PhotoArt prints, includes ground
shipping and return of all your original photos and/or CDs
(USPO Registered Mail return of originals additional)
Additional art fees
Heritage PhotoArt quotes these optional additional services after receipt of your photographs or scans.
Retouching photo blemishes $25.00 - $50.00 per image is typical,
repair major tears or stain damage $95.00+
Colorizing $50.00 - $95.00 per image is typical.
Complex images may be higher cost
Archive research for images $65.00 plus $35.00 per image used
Additional photos over the first eight (8), $25.00 each photo
Writing or editing story text from your outline $55.00 per order
Major art design changes - moving and/or rescaling individual
images in your PhotoArt after first proof $95.00 plus shipping

Every basic Heritage PhotoArt order includes two (2) bordered
13" x 19" prints; the printed image area measures about 12" high x

Additional for matted prints
Mats for prints are listed separately below and are in
addition to the print cost. If you order mats to accompany
your prints, Heritage PhotoArt includes professional hinging
and mounting of your print within the mat. Mat order quantity
does not have to match your print order quantity. You may
choose to have only a few prints completely matted.

Optional professional framing
Heritage PhotoArt also offers to completely frame your artwork so it's ready to hang on your wall as soon as you receive it. Frame order quantity does not have to match your print order quantity. You may choose to have only a few prints completely matted and framed. Duotone gold or silver frames with UV glass, matt and print fully assembled is $39.95 at any quantity, and is in addition to the print and mat costs.

charge via FedEx or UPS standard ground within the USA

Overnight, 2nd day shipment is available at additional cost
Registered USPO mail return of original photos is
recommended and available at additional cost

Connecticut residents add 6% Sales Tax
Payments
Heritage PhotoArt believes in old fashioned personal service. You won't find "shopping carts" or other electronic online immediate payment methods on our website.
American Express Credit Card: Heritage PhotoArt currently only takes American Express. No charges to your account will be made until your PhotoArt proof is ready to send, as we quoted to you for our Art Fees. Final charges will be made when your completed order ships to you.
Check: Personal, business or bank draft checks are accepted. Payment in full as we quoted to you for our Art Fees must accompany your order. Payment of printing balance due must accompany return of your proof.
